Butternut Squash with Kale & White Bean Soup
I made this soup today and it was delicious. I only made a few minor changes to the recipe. Because I love Rapunzel's Sea Salt & Herb Bouillon cubes*, I used the cubes and water in place of the broth. I was concerned that the cider might make it a little too sweet for us, so I just added extra water and half a bouillon cube. Oh and I used Cannellini beans!
