This dressing made my day! I have been trying to find ways to decrease my oil intake and I found this gem while strolling the Whole Foods salad bar today.
It's delicious, not sweet (which means they didn't just replace the fat with sugar) and I love that it has rosemary in it. I bought myself a big ole' container of it and am excited about making my daily lunch salad oil-free! I'm going to see if I can track down the recipe. If I find it, I'll post it!
